My name is Tilo Voigthaus and I was born in 1966. As a teenager I learned to play the classical piano, but sideways I quickly discovered the magic of the electronic sounds.
What shaped me the most was the development in the 1980s when pop music discovered the use of electronic instruments. With these possibilities, some music producers managed to create a certain harmonious shine in the music, which, with its sound design, created a kind of aesthetics and transparency that never returned in the post-1990 period. In this context I mean productions by Trevor Horn, Michael Cretu and a few others. Before and at the same time, I was also impressed by the instrumental works by Tangerine Dream, J.M. Jarre and many other electronic musicians.

In 1987 I also met Erik Matheisen and founded the musicproject CORAL CAVE with him. The project resulted in six joint music productions.
In 2022 I produced an album with Torben Friedrich (ToxygeneDK) as "DoubleT" entitled "The Global Warming", which is intended to draw attention to global warming
